SOFTNET MMA ECO-2 ICB

Melamine resin with extremely low formaldehyde content.

SOFTNET MMA ECO-2 ICB s a melamine polymer suitable for finishing processe of cellulosic, synthetic and blends.

It can be used with acrylic and / or polyurethane resins used in coating processes to improve crosslinking, adhesion, mechanical strength and fastness to launderiungs of the applied film.

It can be used on bleached articles as it does not react with the chlorine developed by hypochlorite-based bleaches and therefore does not cause yellowing with loss of mechanical strength of the fiber during the ironing.

SOFTNET MMA ECO-2 ICB s used in easy-care finishing or to obtain particular shine effects in the “chintz” treatment. The product can be used with fluorocarbon resins for hydro-oil-repellent finishes. It is compatible with resins and softeners but preliminary lab trials are suggested. It confers high resilience when used on PES or Acrylic articles.
