SOFTELAST VST

Silicone macroemulsion for extremely resilient, elastic and full handle effects; suitable for pad-dry and coating applications.

SOFTELAST VST is a silicone macroemulsion capable of giving very elastic, soft and swollen “hand” effects with a smooth and slippery touch and can be applied on all types of fibers.

It forms a film particularly resistant to wet maintenance and to most of solvents on the market.

It significantly improves the effects of elasticity and sewability; increases the dry and wet crease angles in easy care and no-iron treatments, the abrasion and tear resistance values (Elmendorf), especially if used in combination with reactive resins.

SOFTELAST VST improves the sewability and resistance values to abrasion and tearing of the treated articles.

It can be used by padding or coatings, in combination with polyurethanes or acrylic resins.

SOFTELAST VST is stable at temperatures and does not cause yellowing or variation of the degree of whiteness, even after optical brightening.
