IMBIWET ZBT

Highly effective wetting agent with good re-wetting effects, suitable for continuous dyeing even with pigments.

IMBIWET ZBT is a product with excellent detergent and wetting properties and good emulsifying power and can be used in pretreatment, dyeing and finishing operations in a wide range of pH and temperature.

By its high wetting power, it can be used in desizing, scouring or bleaching operations on very heavy and tight cotton articles.

It can be used in the pre-treatment cycles of woolen articles as it allows to obtain cleaner, swollen and whitened articles. The product then, in continuous processes, tends to remain in the treatment baths and therefore, compared to anionic detergents, requires less frequent integration.

IMBIWET ZBT can be used for washing wool in tops, yarns, woven fabrics and lisseuse combed wool ribbons. It can also be used in neutral and acid milling of wool.

The product is recommended as a wetting agent in exhaustion or continuous dyeing processes, even with pigments, and is able to guarantee optimal penetration of the dye.

IMBIWET ZBT can be used as a wetting agent in normal impregnation processes, also in finishing operations but not in combination with water-repellent products (SOFTGARD).

Thanks to its rewetting power it can be used to improve the hydrophilicity of very heavy and tight articles.
