ENZYSOFT AM-HTL

Amylase enzyme for the removal of starch, corn and rice based sizes. Effective and stable in high temperature conditions.

ENZYSOFT AM-HTL is an alpha-amylase of bacterial origin indicated for desizing at high temperatures with short treatment times and is particularly effective in continuous Pad Steam processes.

The product has a high activity and hydrolyzes the starches, forming dextrins and oligosaccharides which, being well soluble in water, can be easily removed during the washing processes.
