ENZYSOFT AM-CZ

Amylase enzyme for the removal of starch, corn and rice based sizes. Effective and stable up to 80 Celsius degree.

ENZYSOFT AM-CZ is a high activity alpha-amylase which hydrolyzes the starches to dextrins and oligosaccharides which, soluble in water, can be easily removed during washing treatments.
