Weakly alkaline sequestering agent for scouring processes.

SEQUESTER TGA has an excellent sequestering power against heavy metal ions in an alkaline environment and an excellent dispersing power for pigments.

The use of the product eliminates the heavy metal ions on natural fibers, the main cause of the catalytic damage that occurs during the bleaching phase with peroxide.

The sequestering capacity increases with the alkalinity of the baths and reaches its maximum at a concentration of 100 g/l of 100% NaOH.

The product is used in treatment baths with alkali concentrations from 2 to 250 g/l 100% NaOH.

The product is not surfactant and therefore does not develop foam.
