SOFTNET FNP

Crosslinking promoter -polyurethane based to improve fastness of polyurethanes, fluorocarbon resins, and polymeric binders.

SOFTNET FNP is a formaldehyde free crosslinker suitable in combination with a wide range of products: fluorocarbon resins, Fluorine Free waterproofing and water-based crosslinkable polymers: acrylic, polyurethane, vinyl, and blends.

The product improves washing and rubbing fastness of pigment prints or coating films applied.

In combination with the fluorocarbon and Fluorine Free resins of the SOFTGARD series, the product speeds up the polymerization of the products, improves the initial repellency values and keeps them at the highest levels even after repeated dry and wet washing cycles.

It is often able to compensate for any repellency losses caused by the presence of residual impurities on the items to be treated which, however, must be adequately prepared for this type of application (for more details see the technical data sheet of each SOFTGARD product).

SOFTNET FNP, as crosslinker for thermoplastic resins in impregnation, printing, coating or foam, optimizes the polymerization of the products increasing the overall performance (resistance and anchoring of the film to the fiber) and the fastness to the maintenance of the applied films.
