SOFTENER PE-TEX

Emulsion of polyethylene waxes with softener to improve smoothness, sewability and resistance to tearing. For pad-dry application systems.

SOFTENER PE-TEX is a special lubricant product based on polyethylene waxes with softener that allows to improve smoothness, sewability and tear resistance on all articles and textile fibers.

The product gives a soft, smooth, slightly full and slippery hand; in some cases the addition of other softeners is not necessary.

SOFTENER PE-TEX can be used for padding processes.

It is able to improve the sewability and resistance to abrasion and tearing of fabrics, especially if treated with anti-crease and reactive resins.

It does not turn yellow at high temperatures and has no chlorine retention.

In calendering or sanforization operations it improves the glossy effect of the articles.

It is compatible with most finishing products, with reactive resins and related catalysts.
