SOFTDISP BAZ

Sequestering and dispersing agent based on completely biodegradable bioacrylate for pretreatment, dyeing and post-dyeing processes.

SOFTQUEST BAZ can be used as a sequestering agent in de-sizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing and soaping operations (reactive and vat dyes).

It is indicated in all those treatments where the presence of calcium and magnesium ions or insoluble impurities can affect the success of the treatment.

The product has a high sequestering power especially at alkaline pH and does not reduce with the increase in temperature.

In desizing, scouring and bleaching it facilitates the elimination of sizes, waxes and pectins.

It has no demetallizing effect on the metals bound to the dyes and can therefore be used in dyeing propcesses.

The product is not surfactant and therefore does not develop foam.

SOFTQUEST BAZ does not increase the BIAS and MBAS values in the waste water.
