Excellent dispersant with anti-redeposition effect for soaping processes of reactive dyes at low temperatures, and also suitable for acids and metal-complexes dyes.

SOFTPON 20 is a highly effective soaping agent with anti-redeposition action that can be used in the soaping of reactive dyes after dyeing or printing, both in continuous and discontinuous processes.The product effectively removes the hydrolyzed dyes keeping them in dispersion in the bath and avoiding its redeposition on the substrate and performs an effective soaping action even at low temperatures.It improves the fastness values of the dyes and optimizes the soaping processes with a reduction in the number of washes and consequent savings of energy, water and time.The product does not develop foam and can therefore be used in high turbulence machines.SOFTPON 20 maintains good functionality even in hard water, in an alkaline environment and in the presence of electrolytes.
