{"id":1432,"date":"2024-12-05T01:25:53","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T19:55:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.softchemicals.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=1432"},"modified":"2025-07-02T14:51:48","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T09:21:48","slug":"softacid-wsg","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.softchemicals.com\/it\/product\/softacid-wsg\/","title":{"rendered":"SOFTACID WSG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SOFTACID WSG \u00e8 un neutralizzatore di acidi adatto nei processi di risciacquo, soprattutto dopo trattamenti alcalini, per dare il giusto pH agli articoli ed evitare l'ingiallimento durante l'asciugatura e la stiratura.<\/p>\n<p>Il prodotto pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato in tutte le fasi in cui \u00e8 richiesta la regolazione del pH nell'intervallo acido ed \u00e8 adatto ai sistemi di dosaggio automatico; pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato su lavacentrifughe e lavatrici continue.<\/p>\n<p>L'azione contro gli alcali \u00e8 completa e non d\u00e0 luogo alla formazione di sali o tamponi di pH che possono influenzare i trattamenti successivi.<\/p>\n<p>Il prodotto non \u00e8 volatile ed \u00e8 stabile alla temperatura, sia nel processo di dosaggio che in quello di essiccazione.<\/p>\n<p>SOFTACID WSG complessa gli ioni di metalli pesanti nei bagni di trattamento senza alcuna azione demetallizzante nei confronti dei coloranti e quindi senza influire sulle tinte.<\/p>\n<p>Il prodotto pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per regolare i bagni di trattamento a pH acido nei processi di tintura (coloranti dispersi su PES; acidi o coloranti a complessi metallici su WO) o sbiancanti ottici su articoli in PA, WO e seta.<\/p>\n<p>Nei processi di finissaggio pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per stabilizzare sia il pH dei bagni di trattamento che il pH finale sulla fibra; nei processi di esaurimento SOFTACID WSG contribuisce ad aumentare la sostantivit\u00e0 dei prodotti nei confronti delle fibre.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SOFTACID WSG is an acid neutralizer suitable in rinsing processes, especially after alkaline treatments, to give the right pH to the articles and avoid yellowing during drying and ironing.
