SOFTDET FOD possiede un buon potere bagnante, che si mantiene anche in un intervallo fortemente alcalino; facilita la bagnatura dei capi facendo gonfiare le colle, le collature e lo sporco presenti sui tessuti grezzi. Il suo elevato potere emulsionante e disperdente impedisce la formazione di agglomerati e precipitati dovuti alla presenza di appretti o impurit\u00e0 sulla fibra.<\/p>\n
Pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per la sbiancatura, il lavaggio, il candeggio alcalino o la tintura.<\/p>\n
SOFTDET FOD \u00e8 stabile in ambiente alcalino (resiste fino a 100 g\/l di NaOH 100%) e pu\u00f2 quindi essere utilizzato nei bagni di armatura.<\/p>\n
Pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato anche in tintura, ma \u00e8 sconsigliato con i coloranti al tino in quanto influisce sull'esaurimento; in tintura continua permette di migliorare l'assorbimento uniformando la distribuzione dei coloranti sull'articolo.<\/p>\n
Negli impianti caratterizzati da forte turbolenza (trabocco \/ getto) si tende a formare schiuma: in questo caso si raccomanda di utilizzare prodotti antischiuma adeguati, quali DEFOSOFT GS, NS06 o JET.<\/p>\n
Si raccomanda di neutralizzare i bagni residui del trattamento di impregnazione con BI-OME\u00ae.
