SOFTGLUE ATP \u00e8 un poliuretano anionico in dispersione acquosa, indicato per la formulazione di adesivi attivabili termicamente destinati, ad esempio, ai settori dell\u2019arredamento, dell\u2019automotive, delle calzature e dell\u2019edilizia.<\/p>\n
La sua struttura polimerica lo rende particolarmente adatto ad applicazioni su substrati di PVC contenenti plastificanti.<\/p>\n
SOFTGLUE ATP presenta eccezionali propriet\u00e0 adesive sulla maggior parte dei materiali sintetici e naturali. La stabilit\u00e0 termica e la resistenza ai plastificanti, ai grassi e agli oli possono essere aumentate aggiungendo 2 \u2013 5% in peso di un poliisocianato emulsionabile in acqua. L\u2019agente reticolante deve essere aggiunto immediatamente prima dell\u2019applicazione dell\u2019adesivo e miscelato accuratamente; la formulazione deve essere utilizzata rapidamente, prima che l\u2019agente reticolante inizi ad agire. Per ogni formulazione \u00e8 quindi consigliabile effettuare prove preliminari per valutare la stabilit\u00e0 della formulazione nel tempo (durata di conservazione).<\/p>\n
\u00c8 possibile modificare le propriet\u00e0 e le caratteristiche specifiche del film adesivo aggiungendo al prodotto dispersioni di resine, emulsionanti e addensanti.<\/p>\n
Prima dell'applicazione, soprattutto a spruzzo, il prodotto deve essere filtrato per eliminare le particelle di polimero che possono essersi formate a causa dell'essiccazione iniziale.<\/p>\n
Per le operazioni di incollaggio mediante riattivazione termica, si raccomanda di operare a temperature comprese tra almeno 60 e 70 \u00b0C per consentire la completa attivazione dello strato adesivo; la temperatura effettiva per una specifica applicazione dipender\u00e0 dal tempo di contatto, dalla pressione applicata e dai substrati da incollare.
